Yes, but it is a partner-issued trial license rather than a download. The FlexiCapture product page on abbyy.com offers a "Request a demo" form and brochure downloads, not a trial button. The only "free trial" page Google still surfaces for the product is a 2020 page built for processing Paycheck Protection Program loan applications with Blue Prism, which tells you how long it has been since ABBYY marketed a general-purpose trial. Resellers such as SimpleOCR gate their FlexiCapture demo downloads behind registration and ask for your sample documents so they can prepare a proposal.

The terms themselves are public because ABBYY's 2021 North America price list is hosted openly by the analyst firm ISG, and it remains the last published USD price list for the product. It states the trial rules in the same words for every edition.

• Pages are deducted immediately after the recognition stage, before anyone verifies the result.
• If a document is re-scanned or re-imported from the folder or scanner, its pages are spent again.

Two facts to keep in view when the quote arrives. There is no 30,000-invoice entry point below $9,700 a year, so a company with 500 invoices a month is buying five times the volume it needs. 3. Get the export working in week one. A trial that ends with data on screen but nothing landing in your ERP has not tested the expensive part.
